§ 86-34. Exemption.

The user fee imposed for residential recyclable collection ($1.68 per month) shall not be imposed on any household requesting exemption therefrom where the head of the household (the principal income producer) is 65 years of age or older. Any person requesting an exemption shall request the exemption in writing and provide supporting documentation of entitlement to the exemption to the city clerk.
