§ 14-156. Running at large.

(a)

Prohibited. It shall be unlawful for the owner of any animal to permit such animal to run at large within the corporate limits of the city

(b)

Violation. In addition to any other penalty, if the owner is found guilty of a fourth offense of his dog found to be running at large in the city, the animal shall be impounded and delivered to a local animal rescue agency.
