§ 114-2. Penalty for damage.

Any person who knowingly falsifies, tampers with, attempts to or knowingly renders inaccurate or damages any monitoring device attached to the city municipal water or sewer system shall be billed for and shall pay the expenses incurred by the city in investigating, repairing or replacing the monitoring device. The charge will be added to the municipal water bill. Failure to pay the bill will result in municipal water service being disconnected in the same manner as provided for the failure to pay a water bill.
